Cancelation and Freeze Policy
Membership cancelation
We know that life happens, moving, new job, financial changes, schedule overload... That's why we have an easy cancelation or freeze policy for your membership.

Canceling your monthly membership plan: Simply give us 1 month notice by e-mail or written notice to cancel your membership. We cannot refund any proration for the month in which it is canceled.

Canceling your prepaid membership: There is no cancelation for a prepaid membership, however, we can transfer your membership to another existing member for you or a friend who wants to join. There is a $50 administration fee for transfer of membership.

Freezing your membership: For a one time fee of $7.50, you can freeze your membership for up to 6 months. You must come into the gym and fill out a Freeze form - we must have something in writing for our records and for the sake of your membership status. This will avoid any re-joining fee if you just let your membership lapse and wish to return. Note that if you freeze your membership you no longer get "member rates" for other services until you unfreeze your membership.
Appointment Cancelation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice of cancelation of any massage, personal training, nutritional consultation, biofeedback, reiki, or any other appointment at 121Fit. Without proper notice of cancelation, the regular fee will be billed to you.
Fit Tip:
Lack of time is the excuse most people use for not exercising. At 121Fit, we can design even 20 minute routines to get you in shape and burn upwards of 250 calories per workout!
