|
121Fit has a strict cancellation policy. We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations as we are most often fully booked and must turn people away or place clients on a waiting list for an appointment time.
Should you fail to give us notice of cancellation, you will be charged. If you should give us less than a day's notice, you have the option to reschedule the appointment for the current week to avoid being charged.
This policy is an effort to keep our rates reasonable and your fitness goals affordable.
